A welcoming and relaxed environment for parents and carers to attend with their little ones to socialise, have fun and get to know others from the local community.

With toys and activities on offer, snacks for the children served and tea/coffee and sweet treats provided for the adults.

Every Tuesday (school term only) from 9.30am-11.30am in Winchburgh Community Centre, Craigton Place, EH52 6RW. No need to book, just turn up!

Open to all, suitable for children from birth to pre-school.

Support for young carers
Carers of West Lothian help young carers aged between 8yrs-18yrs who live in West Lothian.

They offer a number of different ways to support young carers with ongoing activities for young carers.

Winchburgh Community Growing Group formed in 2018 and has gone from strength to strength.

Inspired by the keen volunteers who have relentlessness picked litter from around Winchburgh
Parents Council - Winchburgh Primary School & Nurs
The Parent Council is not run by the school or the local authority but by the parents in the school. It is open to all parents / carers to attend.

Parent Councils were formed as part of the Parental Involvement (Scotland) Act. The main aim of a Parent council is to try and represent ALL parents/carers, help the school community be successful and support improvement where needed.
Winchburgh Community Development Trust
Winchburgh Community Development Trust (WCDT) is a community group made up of local people. WCDT works to identify and deliver improvements to the community, to make it an even better place for people to live.

Members are the lifeblood of WCDT. It's free to become a member, and anyone living in the district can join. Members can join subgroups to support the Trust with various projects that are being undertaken. You can sign up online, or contact the Trust for a paper membership application.
